Our Approach

At MIMPI we are developing an educational model that goes beyond basic learning.

Our goal is to create an ecosystem where every child can grow, develop their abilities, and build their own future.

We are not looking for one-off help, but for processes that generate a real and sustainable impact over time.

MIMPI acts as a bridge between childhood and adult life.

Our Pillars

We believe that children can transform their future when given the right opportunity.

At MIMPI we are committed to them in the long term, building real relationships that go beyond one-off assistance.

Our vision is to create a human bridge between children and people who wish to participate in the project. A connection where both sides grow and transform by walking together, with presence and commitment.

We don't seek to save, but to connect . We don't believe in isolated actions, but in processes that leave a mark.

Step by step. With love. With consistency.

Comprehensive Development

At MIMPI, we understand that profound change stems from authentic human relationships. That's why we work to build real and lasting bonds between children and the individuals or communities who choose to get involved in the project.

We foster a hybrid connection that combines in-person meetings, where we share time, games, and real experiences, with remote contact through video calls, online games, messages, and letters. This allows us to keep the bond alive even when distance is a factor.

Beyond financial support, we seek relationships that accompany the growth of each child, where they feel seen, valued and an active part of a shared journey.

How we operate

At the Mimpi Foundation, we believe that true change begins when we see it with our own eyes. That’s why, before getting involved, we personally seek out and visit centers that truly need support. We build connections and relationships with the children. We become their friends.

One such place is the Jabal Rahmah Orphanage in Indonesia — a small house where 27 children live. Some have lost their parents, others were abandoned, and many lack access to education or even a safe plate of food.

The place was warm in spirit, but lacking in the most basic needs: mattresses, showers, cooking essentials, school supplies, lighting, ventilation, hygiene and medical accessibility. Seeing this, we decided to act. But we didn’t improvise.

We identify the real need.

We visit, we talk, we observe. We make sure the place exists and is legitimate — that there’s a committed team, and that help is both needed and will be used responsibly. We also support the local team in managing their resources more efficiently and effectively.

1

Identify real needs

We visit, talk, and observe. We ensure the center is genuine, that there’s a committed local team, and that any support will be meaningful and well-used.

2

Build a close collaboration with the center

We maintain direct, ongoing communication with the staff. This allows us to respond quickly and make informed decisions.

We don’t just want to cover emergencies — we want to transform.
We start with the basics: a safe, clean, and healthy space. Then we focus on food, activities and materials.

3

Create a step-by-step improvement plan

Communicate and manage with transparency

We make the needs visible and mobilize support.
Once funds are received, we manage them responsibly and keep every donor informed, step by step.
Every advancement is shared — everyone is part of the process.

4

Continuous follow-up and adjustment

As each goal is reached, we move forward to the next phase. We carry out quarterly visits and regularly adapt our support to stay aligned with the evolving needs—ensuring steady, long-term progress.
