Our Approach
At MIMPI, we believe every child has unique potential waiting to be discovered.
Our goal is to help create the conditions for that potential to grow through education, meaningful relationships, and access to opportunities that can shape the future.
We are not focused on short-term solutions.
We are committed to long-term growth, helping children develop the confidence, skills, and experiences they need to build their own path in life.
Our Pillars
We believe lasting change happens when children are supported not only in their immediate needs, but also in their personal development, education, and future opportunities.
That is why we are building a model that combines learning, mentorship, life experiences, and long-term support.
Our role is not to decide a child's future.
Our role is to help them discover what is possible and give them the tools to pursue it.
Step by step. With love. With consistency.

01
Learning Opportunities
We believe education is one of the most powerful ways to expand opportunities and shape futures.
We have already begun developing educational programs tailored to the needs of each home, including English classes, music education, and digital literacy through computers and everyday technology.
As the project grows, we plan to introduce additional modules focused on sustainability, nutrition, healthy habits, science, and critical thinking.
• English language learning
• Music education
• Digital literacy
• Basic technology skills
• Future modules in sustainability, nutrition, and critical thinking
02
Personal Growth
Growth happens through experiences, relationships, and exposure to new possibilities.
Through educational visits, activities, partnerships, and shared experiences, we help children build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and broaden their view of the world around them.
We are also developing future programs focused on self-confidence, communication, creativity, leadership, and essential life skills.
• Educational visits and exchanges
• Learning experiences and excursions
• Communication and social skills
• Creativity and self-expression
• Confidence and self-esteem

03
Mentorship & Opportunity
Every child has unique strengths, talents, and interests.
Our goal is to help identify those strengths and connect children with opportunities that encourage their growth and development.
Whether through mentors, guest speakers, educational experiences, or partnerships with organisations and schools, we want children to discover possibilities they may never have imagined before.
• Personal mentorship
• Guest speakers and role models
• Talent identification and development
• Specialised educational experiences
• Access to new opportunities
04
Building Independent Futures
We want every young person to enter adulthood with the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to build their own future.
Because every community is different, we adapt our approach to the realities and opportunities available in each location.
For some, that may mean developing language skills, professional abilities, or pathways into higher education.
For others, it may mean gaining practical skills and experience that lead directly to employment and independence.
• Academic and career guidance
• Practical life skills
• Employability and work readiness
• Personal independence
• Access to further education

Our Process

1
We Listen
Our team regularly visits each home to build relationships, understand daily realities, and identify both challenges and opportunities for growth.
2
We Plan Together
We work closely with the leaders and caregivers of each home to develop initiatives that reflect their needs, priorities, and long-term goals.
Through ongoing communication between our local and international teams, we ensure continuity and collaboration at every stage.
3
We Put Ideas into Action
We implement educational programs, activities, and projects while continuously gathering feedback from children, caregivers, teachers, and partners.
This helps us learn, adapt, and improve over time.
We Support and Strengthen
Our role is not to replace the incredible work already being done by orphanages and caregivers.
We are here to support, strengthen, and add value to the foundations they have spent years building.
We Evaluate and Improve
We regularly review progress, measure impact, and refine our approach based on what we learn.
By listening, adapting, and improving, we aim to create meaningful and lasting impact over time.
